Why waste time searching for paper documents?
All insurance documents received by Loan Protector are imaged and made available to tracking clients on-line
through LPweb. Images are also available on CD or other media for clients that want to retain these documents.
LPweb eliminates the need to find paper documents. All documents that we process are available for viewing on-line
via secured Internet access.
When your customer service people handle an insurance question from a borrower, they can be on-line accessing the EasyTrackTM database
and view all documents and activities for that borrower's loan. This allows your borrower's question to be handled on-line, on the
initial phone call. There is no need to research paper files or place a second call to resolve the issue. This results in savings in
customer service cost and a borrower whose question has been answered swiftly and effectively.
