Loan Protector was founded in 1978 in California to provide a simple lender-placed
hazard insurance program for mortgage lenders. In 1991, after several years existing
as a division of a large national insurer, the company moved to Ohio under
present management. At this time Loan Protector began adding more technology and
services as requested by clients.
Loan Protector has always stressed providing a personal touch in our
