	Be prepared to answer questions from your borrowers concerning the mortgage/collateral protection insurance placed on their property. This section is designed to be used as a reference for you to help your borrowers gain a better understanding of the lender-placed insurance process. If you are a borrower and have received a notice from your mortgage company regarding insurance on your mortgage or auto loan, you may have questions you need answered immediately.
